Amaana Homes is here to provide the people we support with a home for life – a home where they can live as independently as possible in a safe and supportive environment. We encourage all our tenants to make choices and decisions regarding their home – from where they want to live and who they want to live with, to how to decorate and furnish their bedroom. Our properties are regular, non-institutional houses and flats: Truly a home from home. Tenants are also encouraged to bring their own furnishings and personal belongings.

Amaana Homes look to maximise the independence of tenants and provide them with comfort, safety and support. Our properties are located in safe, clean, residential neighbourhoods and situated within close proximity to transport links, shops, statutory services and other amenities.

We understand that everyone is different. That is why Amaana Homes is both sensitive and responsive to the individual needs of each and every tenant. In addition to promoting tenant engagement, we treat all tenants as partners in the selection and maintenance of their homes and monitoring of support. Where possible, we will adapt our properties to better suit the needs of our tenants.

to help our tenants maintain their tenancies, improve their well-being and learn to manage day-to-day activities more independently.

Amaana Homes work closely with local authorities to help define the needs of vulnerable adults and implement a solution for their housing requirements. All our supported living properties fully comply with regulatory requirements and provide a base from which local authorities can provide support to those in need.

Amaana Homes works alongside registered, person-centred care providers to provide high quality care and tailored support to all our tenants. We value their support in helping our tenants maintain their tenancies, improve their wellbeing and manage day-to-day activities more independently. Amaana Homes is always looking to form additional partnerships with care providers across the country.
